Are Viseart products only for professional makeup artists?

 Viseart’s main mission is to provide professional makeup artists with high-performance products. However, we have always created our products to be easy for everyone to use. Viseart products are therefore accessible to the every customers.

 

Are Viseart products hypoallergenic ?

Viseart does not guarantee that its products are hypoallergenic (likely to create allergenic reactions) or non-comedogenic (which can promote pimples and blackheads). However, we make sure to use natural ingredients with no allergenic tendencies. If you are sensitive to particular allergies, we advise you to read the ingredient list of the product and/or to contact our customer service.

 

Are Viseart products tested on animals ?

 Following 76/768/EEC directives of the European Union, Viseart does not carry out any test on animals for products sold on the market. We select from our suppliers ingredients that comply with European and international legislations.

 

Are Viseart products vegan ?

 Viseart’s entire range is not vegan, however we strive to develop formulas that are respectful to the animal world. Contact us directly for a complete list of our vegan products.

 

Why can’t I find all Viseart products on the website ?

 Our new products may be sold exclusively by one of our partners for a limited time. Also, some of Viseart products may be sold only in certain geographic areas. If you do not find a product on our website, we invite you to contact us.

How to know if my order was successfully accepted and how to follow its delivery ?

 After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation.

You can view the status of your order by visiting www.viseart.paris and logging into “My Account” with your user ID and password. Click on “My Orders”; then, click on the order you wish to track. The details of your order will come up.

 

How can I cancel my order ?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items in your order.

Untouched and unused products will be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

If the entire order is returned under the conditions stipulated above, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your original order. If you return only a part of the order, we will refund you the amount of products returned excluding initial shipping costs.

Your account will be credited upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your package and the processing of your refund.

What can I do if an item I want to order is out of stock ?

If an item is out of stock you can create an alert to be notified when it goes back into stock. Go to the product page and fill in your email address in the box provided for this purpose.

 

What payments methods are accepted on the web site ?

We accept PayPal payments only. It is possible to pay by Paypal without creating an account. The payment will then be made directly by card (MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa, Carte Aurore, Cofinoga or Privilege, Bank Card, 4 stars, Maestro). You will have to enter your card number, the expiry date, the name of the cardholder and the visual cryptogram (the last three numbers on the back of his credit card).

What can I do if I forgot my password ?

Forgot your password ? Go to the “My Account” tab and click on “Forgot password? “. You will be asked to enter your username or email to reset your password. If you encounter any difficulties you can contact us directly via our email address: ayservice@viseart.paris.

 

How can I modify my personal info ?

Go to the “My Account” tab and log in with your username and password. You will then access your personal page and the summary of your orders. Select the “Edit account” tab to edit your personal details or “Edit address” to edit your billing and shipping addresses. Do not forget to save your changes!

How long will my order take to arrive ?

After receiving your order confirmation by email, please allow 2 to 5 days to receive your products at your delivery address in France and 2 to 10 days for orders in the European Union.

Please allow 10 to 15 days to receive your products in the DOM-TOM.

Viseart.paris orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

 

Do I qualify for free shipping ?

Viseart free-shipping applies for orders above € 74. For orders below € 74, delivery charges of € 7 apply.

 

Does Viseart ships internationally ?

Viseart.com delivers in 13 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Viseart also delivers to DOM-TOM : Guadeloupe, Guyane, La Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin et Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

A delivery time of 2 to 10 days is expected for deliveries in Europe and 10 to 15 days for deliveries in the DOM-TOM.

What is your return policy ?

Defective or damaged products, what can I do ?

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your package to notice and contact us to arrange a return of defective or damaged products. It is mandatory to send us the following items by email at ayservice@viseart.paris : your order number, photos of damaged items and the purchase invoice. Any claims made without the items set out above will not be taken into account.

 

When will I receive my refund in case of return or defective item ?

In case of return or damaged item, Viseart commits, at your choice : to replace the product with an identical product depending on stocks’ availability, or to refund the price of the product within a maximum of thirty 30 days if replacing a product is impossible.

Where can I purchase Viseart products ?

Viseart products are sold in Europe from our website www.viseart.paris and our network of resellers. You can also buy our products in the United States at www.sephora.com, www.beautylish.com and musebeauty.pro.

 

How can I become a Viseart reseller?

With a Viseart Pro account, you will have access to exclusive discounts on the entire product line. 30% discount for professional makeup artists and students and 20% discount for fashion, design and art professionals.

 

How can I create a Pro account ? Which supporting documents can I use ?

To create a Viseart Pro account, go to the “Artist” tab and complete the registration form. You can fill the form by following this link: https://www.viseart.paris/en/artistes/. You will need to provide a supporting document to validate your registration and access the discounts. You will receive an email when your supporting document will be validated. You will only be able to access Viseart discounts when your supporting document will be validated.
